Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: It depends on a lot of factors, such as the size, the shape or the material used etc... For example, it may require a minimum of 50,000 to produce 4”X6” pouches.  For more accurate minimum order requirement, please contact us.

Q: Do you hold inventory of generic pouches for sale?
A:  All our pouches/bags/rollstock products are specifically custom made. We do not sell generic bags or pouches. 

Q: What do I need to get a quote?
A:  Basically you need the following items.  1. The bag/rollstock artwork designed by you or your graphic designer. 2. The dimension of the bag/rollstock. 3.  Packaging information about your product.  4. Estimated Quantity.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: It is dependent upon the packaging required. Our lead times range from 3 to 6 weeks.  For detail, please contact one of our sales representatives.

Q: How many colors can you print?
A: We can print up to 10 colors on multiple presses.

Q: What materials do you use for your products?
A: We use different types of material for different applications.  Some of the often used substrates are Polypropylene, Polyester, Nylon, and Polyethylene.  We also use specialty films which provide extra properties such as high barrier, anti-fog, high slip and etc. to meet our customers packaging need.

Q: Do you offer environmental friendly packaging solution?
A:  Yes.  We Cello-Pack are committed to helping preserve our earth. We are able to manufacture certain packaging products that are bio-degradable.

Q: Do you service the West Coast?
A: Yes. Our customer basis is national, we also export our packaging products to Canada, Latin America and Europe.

Q:  Can you offer pouches with a fitment or spout?
A:  Yes. Our business partners around the world enable us to offer many types of specialty products. As long as it is flexible packaging product, we are able to source it through reliable partners.
